In order to provide extended customer service, VFS has exclusively tied up with ABX EXPRESS to provide door-to-door express delivery of documents and passports. ABX EXPRESS is a 21 year old company whose logistics infrastructure guarantees a speedy and secured delivery. Note: If you wish to use this service you can visit the office of your local ABX Express in Kuching, Kota Kinabalu, Ipoh, Penang, Malacca, Johor, Selangor or Seremban and courier your documents to our office in Kuala Lumpur. By doing so you can rest assured that your documents will be delivered securely and on time. Once a decision has been made on your application UK Visa Application Centre will return your passport to you at the return address in Malaysia which you specified on your application form. You must allow up to five working days for delivery after your passport is received by VFS from the British High Commission. To track the courier status of your passport: To confirm whether your passport has been handed over by the British High Commission to VFS- UK Visa Application Centre, please track your passport by clicking on the link "Track Your Application" or by phoning the Call Centre. Q. How do I track my package’s status? For packages to VFS: The ABX office will give you an airway
bill number when you leave your passport and documents. You can use this to
track your package.
For packages from VFS: Once a decision is made by the British High Commission, VFS will send the documents and provide you with an airway bill number either by phone or e-mail. You should use this number to track your application as above Q. What if my passport does not get delivered or arrive?

Please do not seal your envelope unless ABX staff have checked the
contents. This check needs to take place for security reasons and to ensure
that no prohibited goods are included in the package.
